§ 1 Registration

Registrations must be made in writing, this can be made by post, fax or e-mail. For individual training, the registration must be made via the registration form on the website www.bipp-bremen.de. In all trainings and training courses, the number of participants is limited. Applications are taken into account in the order in which they are received and confirmed in writing. About four weeks before the start of the training event, the contractor will receive the information about the event and the invoice for the participation amount.

§ 2 Contract content

Between the contractors, the content of the event selected and registered by the participant will be subject to a contractual fee.The bipp provides its services by employees and freelancers. This does not result in any entitlement on the part of the contracting partner to withdraw from the contract or to a reduction in the amount of the contract.

§ 3 Payment Terms

If the invoice amount has not been received within 14 days of the invoice date, the bipp is entitled to claim default interest. Default interest rates are 10 percentage points higher than the Bundesbank base rate. The contractor is allowed to prove that the delay has not yet occurred and that the damage is no higher than five percentage points above the base pass. Payments must generally be made free of charge for the recipient. This also applies to payments from abroad if transaction fees apply. All participant fees are subject to Section 4 No. 21 a) bb) UstG exempt from sales tax.

§ 4 Number of participants

In order to carry out training or training efficiently and to adhere to a high quality standard, the number of participants is limited. The number of participants depends on the information provided by the tender on the website for the respective training or further training.

§ 5 resignation/cancellation

The bipp reserves the right to train or train. Ccontinue training if the number of participants is too low (usually less than 8 participants) up to 4 weeks before the start and offer a replacement date. In the event of failure or interruption of the event due to the illness of the trainer in the short term, force majeure or other unpredictable events, there is no right to conduct the event. In this case, the bipp is only obliged to refund large amounts of participants already paid at the percentage of the event’s failure. There is no entitlement to reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs as well as loss of work. There is no liability for indirect damages, in particular lost profit or claims by third parties. Cancellations by the contractor must always be made in writing (mail, fax, e-mail). In the event of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the service, the contractor can cancel free of charge. In the case of cancellations up to 4 weeks (28 calendar days) before service delivery, the contractor reserves the right to select a replacement date for training or further training. If no replacement date is selected, 25% of the participant amount will be charged as a cost. Cancellations within the period of 28. Until 07. Calendar day before service delivery is calculated as a cost to 50% of the participant amount. In practice, i.e. in the event of cancellation within the last week before service delivery or no-show, the full amount of participants will be calculated. If a participant does not use the full power, there is no claim for reimbursement for the unused proportion. Participation is transferable to a third party prior to the event. This transfer must be notified in writing and no later than one day before the start, with the designation of the entitled party with a full name and address to the provider.

§ 6 Liability

The training and training is carried out and prepared according to the current state of knowledge. We do not accept any liability for the advice we have received and the exploitation of the acquired knowledge. The bipp does not accept responsibility for disadvantages resulting from a lack of seminar requirements on the part of the participants. We are liable to comply with contractual obligations, but our hating is limited to the agreed performance fee. We are not liable for indirect damages, nor for lost profit and other property losses. Otherwise, any further liability for damages is excluded, provided that we have not acted intentionally or grossly negligently or legal liability is indispensable. This disclaimer and the limitation of liability also applies to our employees as well as the freelancers we employ to fulfil the contract.

§ 7 Data Protection

The Contracting Parties will treat essential and not well-known matters of the other Contracting Party with confidentiality. The personal data of the contracting partner is processed electronically for internal purposes. The data received with the registration process is stored in compliance with the data protection regulations.

§ 8 Copyright

Seminar accompanying workbooks, documents and the like are subject to copyright and may not be duplicated in any way or passed on to third parties. They are intended only for the personal use of the contractor.

§ 9 Authorization and licensing

Participants in the training events in connection with the acquisition of a trainer’s certificate entitle them to carry out training measures with children and adolescents, but not the training of third parties to trainers.

§ 10 Comability

The contractors commit to possible. Performance disturbances, all reasonable to do to you to correct or limit the disturbance. It is reserved for participants who, due to their behaviour, disturb the event. To exclude our reputation as a guest in a conference venue to be detrimental.

§ 11 Final provisions

These conditions remain binding even in the event of the legal invalidity of individual conditions in their remaining parts. Changes or additions require written form.

§ 12 Repeal instruction

Vocational rights You can use your contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. B. letter, fax, e-mail).
